Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind the standard of our products.

If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

There is no need to return the product.

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation

Once assessed, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, less the original shipping cost and a $5 handling fee.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We are committed to providing high-quality products. If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged during transit
  • Incorrect (not what you ordered)

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (where applicable)

Once assessed, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This policy does not limit or exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


New Zealand Customers

For customers located in New Zealand, we will assess returns and refunds in line with New Zealand consumer protection laws, where applicable.


Return Conditions

Where a return is approved for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • We reserve the right to decline a return if products show signs of use or tampering
  • Approved returns must be sent back using the method advised by us

Refunds

Once a return has been received and inspected (where applicable), approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect
