Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders to Australia and New Zealand.

Additional international shipping destinations may be introduced at a later stage. Any updates will be reflected on this page.

Fulfilment Location

All orders are dispatched from Queensland, Australia.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Please note:

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Processing time refers to order preparation prior to dispatch and does not include delivery time.


Shipping Methods

We ship all orders using Australia Post.

Shipping is offered at a flat rate, which is displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times once dispatched are as follows:

  • Australia: Approximately 2–7 business days

  • New Zealand: Approximately 5–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, public holidays, or peak shipping periods.

Tracking

Tracking is provided for all orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.


Out-of-Stock & Pre-Launch Orders

If a product is marked as out of stock, orders will not ship until stock is available.

Where orders are placed during a pre-launch or restock period:

  • Dispatch will occur once inventory becomes available.

  • Any significant delays will be communicated via email.


Delays

While we make every effort to dispatch orders within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We will assist with enquiries where possible.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
